Create your account.

Signing up takes about two minutes. Go to the signup page, enter your email and a password, and complete Stripe's payment form. You'll be charged $20 immediately — that's your first billing cycle — and taken straight into the chat interface.

Verification is a single email link. Click it within 24 hours or the account is soft-locked until you request a resend from the login page. This verification is required because subscribers whose email bounces cause the WFP receipt correspondence to fail; if the address isn't confirmable, we can't include your subscription in the monthly batch cleanly.

You do not need to install anything. LADLE runs in any modern browser. If you prefer a native app, iOS is in TestFlight — see the Apps page for details.

If your card fails during signup, Stripe will show the specific reason. The most common causes are 3D Secure verification (usually a text-message code from your bank), international-card mismatches (some issuers block US-based merchants by default), or insufficient funds. If Stripe's error doesn't make sense, email support and we'll walk you through what happened.
