Every month, subscription revenue is aggregated and the $8-per-subscription earmark is added to the meal fund. The fund report (balance, month’s earmark, cumulative, distance from the $50k/year partnership threshold) publishes on this page. Once the threshold clears, the pooled fund ships as donations and real partner receipts publish alongside. Sum every row and you land at the running total; sum the reserved meals and you land at the mission odometer’s trailing counter. If those ever fail to reconcile, that’s a bug — email support and we’ll fix it within one business day.
