LADLE is a general-purpose AI assistant built on Anthropic's Claude, available at $20/month. Turns are routed between Claude Haiku and Claude Sonnet under a published rule, with a manual override — see /models. Of every subscription, $8 is earmarked into a dedicated meal fund at a working $0.80/meal estimate — ten meals minimum reserved per subscription per month, published in a monthly fund report. No hunger-relief partner has been named yet; selection is in progress, and the pooled fund ships as real partner donations, with partner reference numbers alongside, once LADLE clears its own $50,000/year corporate-partnership target. LADLE is a British Columbia sole proprietorship, founder-owned and revenue-funded, with no external investors.
