Shareable invite links.

A shareable link is a single invite that any number of people can accept, up to a cap you set. Useful when you want to onboard a team via a Slack post or a DM without generating one invite per email.

**Create a link:** Workspace settings → Members → click **Get link**. Set two things:

- **Maximum uses** (default 10, cap 200) — how many people can accept before the link stops working. - **Expires in days** (default 14, cap 90) — after which the link is dead regardless of how many uses remain.

The dialog returns a URL like `https://ladle.chat/accept-invite/<token>` and copies it to your clipboard. Anyone with the link who's signed in (or who signs up via the link) becomes a workspace member on accept.

**Trade-offs vs. email invites:**

- Email invites are address-bound: only the invited email can accept. Safer for tight rosters where you don't want strangers slipping in. - Shareable links have no email match: anyone who has the link can join. Faster for wide rollouts inside a company where you trust the distribution channel.

**Anti-abuse rules:**

- Every accept increments a counter on the link. When it hits the cap, the link stops working for new users (existing members are unaffected). - Expiry cuts the link at the set date; the same link can be regenerated with a new expiry. - Links respect the seat cap. If your workspace is on 5 seats and 5 members are active, the 6th user hitting the link gets a "seat limit reached" message and their acceptance is blocked. Adjust seats first, then re-share.

**Revoke a link before expiry:**

Workspace settings → Members → find the "Active invite link" row → **Revoke**. Removed links stop working immediately for anyone who hasn't yet accepted.

Every action (create, accept, revoke) is logged in the workspace audit log (Workspace settings → Audit log) so admins have an auditable trail.
