SSO and SCIM availability.
UPDATED 2026-08-01**SSO (SAML-based single sign-on):** In private beta as of 2026-08-01. Supported providers today are Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). If your team is on one of these and would like SSO enabled on your workspace, email hello@ladle.chat with your provider and workspace name. General availability is planned for Q4 2026.
**SCIM (automated user provisioning):** In development, not shipped as of 2026-08-01. Target availability is Q1 2027. What SCIM will do when shipped: when someone is added to the assigned group in your identity provider (e.g., Okta), they're automatically added to your LADLE workspace as a Member without an admin having to send a manual invite. Same for removal — deprovisioning from your IdP releases the seat from LADLE.
**Why we don't gate these behind an "Enterprise" tier**: LADLE has one price ($20/seat/mo) and doesn't play the game where enterprise-critical features are locked behind a 3x price tag. When SSO ships to GA, it will be included at the same $20/seat/mo. If your finance team is used to a "call for pricing" enterprise motion, this is different — the price is the price.
**What to do if you need SSO today** and can't wait for GA: (1) email hello@ladle.chat for beta access, (2) mention your provider and estimated seat count, (3) we'll respond within 3 business days with either a beta invite or an honest timeline. Beta workspaces get white-glove setup — usually a 45-minute call to configure the SAML app.
**What about audit logs, data-residency guarantees, and custom DPA**: those exist for teams that need them; not in the self-serve product yet. Same path — email us. We don't have a hidden enterprise pricing sheet; the customization is around procurement and legal, not price.
